Pemphigus vulgaris is a rare IgG-mediated autoimmune disease that affects the skin and mucous membranes, causing painful blistering. has been reported to be triggered or exacerbated by various factors, including genetic vulnerability, certain drugs, malignant diseases. We present case of patient who was admitted dermatology ward with complaints multiple fluid-filled lesions, initially over chest, containing clear fluid-filled, ruptured within 1 2 hours leave behind raw areas, predominantly trunk, scalp, face, upper limbs in past weeks, single erosions inside oral cavity after receiving second dose Chadox1 nCov-19 coronavirus vaccine (Covishield™), also mentioned he had developed similar symptoms 1st COVID vaccine. chose report this because unusual presentation adverse drug reaction seen India.
